Matthew “Matt” DePasquale is a Senior Associate Attorney with Faehner PLLC, based in Oldsmar, Florida. With over eight years of legal experience, he focuses his practice on corporate and real estate law, serving clients throughout the Tampa Bay area.
Matt earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from the University of Central Florida, and received his law degree from the Rutgers University School of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
Matt is the current Philanthropy Chair for the Alumni Board of the University of Central Florida College of Arts and Humanities. He has volunteered throughout the Tampa Bay area, working with Bay Area Legal Services, and the Social Justice + Engineering Initiative. He has also recently created and funded an annual scholarship to benefit the University of Central Florida Theatre Department.
Before joining Faehner PLLC, Matt served as General Counsel for Nationwide Title Clearing, Inc., in Palm Harbor, Florida. He currently resides in Westchase.
